Gongura Paneer Curry Recipe Ingredients
Use the following ingredients to prepare or make Gongura Paneer Curry recipe at home.
Gongura Bunches – 6
Paneer – 200 grams
Onion – 1 big
Green chillies – 4
Turmeric (Pasupu) – pinch
Cumin Seeds (Jeera) powder – 1 tea spoon
Coriander seeds (Daniyalu) – One and half tea spoon
Pepper (Miriyalu) powder - ¼ tea spoon
Red Chilli powder – 1 tea spoon
Ginger Garlic paste – tea spoon.
Grated Coriander leaves – 1 table spoon
Mustard Seeds (Avaalu) – half tea spoon
Cumin seeds - 1 tea spoon
Oil – 3 table spoons
Salt – To taste.
Gongura Paneer Curry Recipe Making Procedure
- Take half portion of oil into pan and fry the Paneer slices.
Collect the Paneer slices from pan and keep aside.
Now fry the green chillies, Gongura leaves and let them cook for some time till they become smooth mixture.
Make a fine form of Gongura paste by using the mixie with smooth mixture.
Now add remaining oil to the pan and fry the mustard seeds, cumin seeds and onion slices.
After couple of minutes add turmeric, ginger garlic paste and fry for a minute.
Add cumin seeds powder, coriander seeds powder, pepper powder, red chilly powder, half cup of water and stir well for a minute.
Now add Gongura paste to the above mixture and stir for four minutes.
Finally add Paneer slices, enough salt to taste and mix them about two minutes.
Before removing the pan add grated coriander leaves on it.
Yummy yummy Gongura Paneer curry is ready to eat.
It tastes so good to eat with Chapati or Roti.
It does not mean that you can not eat with rice. But the above combination is very good.
