Spicy Egg Bhurji Recipe Ingredients

Use the following ingredients to prepare or make Spicy Egg Bhurji recipe at home.

Spicy Egg Bhurji Recipe

Eggs - 3
Onions - 2
Green Chillies - 4 to 6
Grated Ginger & Garlic - 2 pinches
Turmeric - 1/4 pinch
Salt - to taste
Curry leaves - 15 to 20
Cumin Seeds - 1/2 tbsp
Mustard Seeds - 1/4 tbsp
Chana Dal - 1/4 tbsp
Urad Dal - 1/4 tbsp
Oil - 3 tbsp

Spicy Egg Bhurji Recipe Making Procedure
  1. Make an onions into required shape of slices.
  2. Cut green chillies into small round pieces.
  3. Take a pan and add oil to it and fry on a low flame.
  4. Once oil gets heated add urad dal, chana dal, cumin seeds, mustard seeds and fry them till they turn into light brown color.
  5. Now add sliced onions, green chillies, curry leaves and fry them well.
  6. After few minutes add turmeric & grated ginger garlic to the above mixture.
  7. Break the eggs and takeout the inner portion to a separate bowl and make sure that stirred well.
  8. Once they got fried add the eggs portion to it and mix well.
  9. Once it becomes tight add salt to taste.
  10. Yummy Yummy or say delicious Spicy Egg Bhurji is ready to eat.
  11. Tastes wonderful with hot rice plus table spoon of ghee.
  12. Can also eat with roti or chapati.
