Use the following ingredients to prepare or make Paneer Pakodas recipe at home.

500 gm paneer - cut into desired sized pieces

For the batter
200 gm gram flour
water
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp crushed cumin
salt to taste
1 tsp soda bi-carbonate
oil for deep frying
chaat ma

Paneer Pakodas Recipe Making Procedure
  1. Make a thick batter with water, flour, red chilli powder, cumin, turmeric, salt and soda bi-carbonate. Add some more water to make into a pouring consistency.
  2. Coat each slice with the batter and deep fry.
  3. Sprinkle with chaat masala and serve with ketchup or chutney.
