instant ragi dosa
good breakfast or substitute for dinner made with ragi flourIngrediants
1 cup ragi flour
1 cup wheat flour
1 cup corn flour
1 cup rice flour
salt to taste
greenchilles paste
finely chopped onions
1 tsp jeera
corrieander leaves
Process
mix all the ingredients with water to form the dosa batter. keep it aside for 10-15minutes.heat the non-stick pan(prefereably flat ) and pour the doughwith a laddle to make the dosa. serve hot with corn chutney or coconut chutney.
